Before Coming To Your Appointment
Please come to your appointment with a fresh face, meaning no makeup WHATSOEVER and clear your face of any oils.
Please take out your eye contacts before your service.
Please do not drink any caffeine before your appointment
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS! So please let me know before walking out of the salon if you are unhappy with your service.
Although, I do have a 3 day policy. This means if you are experiencing a large amount of lash extension fall out you can reach out to the salon within the first 3 days after the service is done so I can get you in for a fill in at no costs.
Fill-In Policy & Lash Set Details for Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Sets
The recommended maintenance schedule is every two weeks to keep your lashes full, healthy, and fabulous. All sets are customized based on your natural lashes and may vary according to your lash artist’s professional recommendation.
Appointment times
• Classic fill-in: 1 hour 30 minutes
• Hybrid fill-in: 1 hour 30 minutes
• Volume fill-in: 1 hour 30 minutes
What to expect per fill-in
• Classic fill-in: about 60 extensions total (approximately 30 per eye) all closed fans extension • Hybrid fill-in: about 80 extensions total (approximately 40 per eye) open and closed extensions
• Volume fill-in: about 80 extensions total (approximately 40 per eye) all open extensions Classic vs. Volume extension • classics : all closed fans very natural and thinnest texture
Dimensions:
• classics extension typically ranges from 2D (dimensions ) and up 10D ( or strands of synthetic hair)
• Volume: all open fans, fuller look with more extension fibers per fan
• Volume typically ranges from 7D (dimensions) and up to 20D. Dimensions may be determined depending on your natural lash health and desired fullness.
Extra time add-on If you’d like a fuller look and need extra time:
• +30 minutes Classic: +$30
• +30 minutes Hybrid: +$40
• +30 minutes Volume: +$50 Extra time allows the artist to add about 15–25 additional extensions per eye.
FILL-IN REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 25% of lashes remaining required for a fill-in
• Less than 25% = full set pricing
• If you book a fill-in but arrive with less than 25%, the look may not be a full set due to booked time
• I will complete as much as possible within the scheduled appointment time.
Style Change Policy
• Style change cost is determined at appointment
• Price may vary based on desired look + time needed
• Style changes must be booked with the appropriate appointment type
• Please do not request a style change without booking enough time
• Bringing a reference photo is encouraged
• Full transformation is not guaranteed without proper booking time
• Starting rate: $10 add-on
