This policy is enforced just in case any of your extensions were to fall out in at extreme rate (30% of fall out) within the first 5 days of having them, you will have to reach out to your technician or the salon to receive a free fill in but you have to let us know within the first 5 days if there is a lot of fall out. We may not be able to get you in within the first 5 days, but as long as you let us know within that time period, we can definitely get you on the schedule! We know things happen and we want to take accountability if it is one of our tech's fault that your extensions are coming out prematurely.
